Terms and Conditions of sale

At the time of purchase, on the rare occasion, we will advise of any known faults with the gown. All known faults will be written on the receipt, signed and dated by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the gown before purchase to ensure they are happy with the condition. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the condition of all items is adequate before purchase.
All our gowns are ready to be purchased, sold as seen, off the peg. Please check your gown thoroughly before you leave the premises.
Imperfections such as loose beads, clicks and slight marks are all usual for ex-sample gowns that have been tried on. Whilst we make every endeavour to clean any visible marks on the gown, we cannot guarantee that all marks will be removed. It is the customer’s responsibility to seek advice from a professional and reputable dry cleaning service to have the gown cleaned prior to wear, if required.
The price of the gown excludes all costs in respect of dry cleaning, repairs or alterations; this is an external service not provided by Engaged Bridal Studio Ltd.
Your appointment
Appointments at Engaged Bridal Studio are 90 minutes.
Please do not wear false tan or ‘body makeup’ to your appointment that could transfer onto the gown, causing stains.
Refreshments will be available during your appointment.

Refunds and Exchanges
Engaged Bridal Studio Ltd does not offer refunds.
Engaged Bridal Studio does not allow refunds or exchanges due to weight change.
Initial payments are non-refundable.
If you have changed your mind, you can return the dress within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of the amount stated on the original receipt.
To receive an exchange, you must present your original receipt. If you do not have your receipt we will be unable to offer an exchange.
The gown must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Engaged Bridal Studio Ltd reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we feel the dress has been damaged, altered or affected by odour.
Payment Plans & Weight Changes
Payment plans are agreed between Engaged Bridal Studio and the customer.
Engaged Bridal Studio require 50% initial payment, which is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due within three months of the initial payment.
Once the full balance has been paid, the dress must be collected immediately.
The customer takes full responsibility for any weight changes due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or surgery.
The customer is still liable for the outstanding balance upon collection.
Engaged Bridal Studio does not allow refunds or exchanges due to weight change.
Booking Fee:
1. Booking Fee
A £15 booking fee is required to secure your bridal appointment.
2. Deduction from Dress Purchase
If you purchase a dress, the £15 booking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price of your dress.
3. No Purchase Made
If you do not find your dress during your appointment, or choose not to proceed with a purchase for any reason, the £15 booking fee will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Where 72 hours' notice or more is provided, your £15 booking fee will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment date, at your discretion.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your £15 booking fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
5. Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the £15 booking fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment and paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Important Notice:
This booking system is newly introduced. While every effort has been made to ensure the process runs smoothly, there may be occasional teething problems as we refine and improve the system. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or clarifications to these Terms & Conditions and our booking procedures as required. Any changes will not affect existing bookings.
Cancellation Example:
If your appointment is booked for Saturday at 2:00pm, you must notify us of your cancellation or request to reschedule by Wednesday at 2:00pm at the latest. This provides the required 72 hours' notice.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request received after Wednesday at 2:00pm would fall within the 72-hour period and the £15 booking fee would not be refunded.
